Do you handle both full-time and contract roles?+

Yes. We place permanent hires, contract specialists, and contract-to-hire arrangements. For contracts, we also manage timesheets, compliance, and renewals for the life of the engagement.

What tech functions do you recruit for?+

Software engineering, data and ML, DevOps and SRE, product, design, and security. If a role sits at the edge of those, tell us — we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.

How does pricing work?+

Permanent placements are a success fee on hire. Contract engagements run on a transparent margin over the contractor's rate. No retainers to start a search — you'll have the full structure in writing before we begin.

Who manages contracts and compliance?+

We do. For contract placements, HR-Tech is the contracting party of record and handles right-to-work checks, timesheets, invoicing, and renewals, so your team isn't managing paperwork mid-sprint.

How fast can we see a shortlist?+

For most roles, a first ranked shortlist lands within about two weeks of a kickoff call. Niche or cleared roles can take longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline up front, not an optimistic one.
